Susan Burrus is an Accounting Clerk for Hudson Brothers Construction Company.  She joined the Team in 1995.  Susan’s duties include Job Cost Accounting, Payroll, General Ledger, Equipment/ Dumpster Division, and Safety Clerk, as well as the 401-K and Insurance Benefits Administrator.  She works closely with Accounts Payable and Receivables, to assist as backup, if needed, as well as backup to Administrative needs.

Susan attended East Carolina University and Pitt Community College.  Before her employment with Hudson Brothers Construction Company, Susan was hired with J.H. Hudson Construction Company in 1984, which was the start of her career with the Hudson Group.  At J.H. Hudson Construction Company she worked as a Job Cost and Equipment Division Clerk and assisted all aspects of Accounting.

Susan has been married since 1999 to her Husband Ricky, and they reside in Tarboro, NC.  In Susan’s free time, she enjoys all horse related events, farming, gardening, fishing and basically any outdoor activity.  Susan and Ricky are members of Oak View Baptist Church in Rocky Mount.
